I got myself a Sear n Sizzle grate for the Ninja Foodi XL. The Foodi was a Christmas present, and I honestly thought the Sizzle Grate would arrive after the holidays. To my surprise, it shipped out just hours after I ordered it, and I had it in my hands a couple of days later. Awesome service! Thanks a bunch!

I reached out online regarding a specific gas fire fan but didn’t mention the make or model. After that, I called the store and spoke to a representative, providing the details of the fire. We concluded it was an older model, and he put me on hold. When he returned, he mentioned they had two fans available. Later, I got an email invoice for the fan model I inquired about, and I assumed it was from the salesperson I had talked to, so I didn’t question it. Two weeks later, I emailed to confirm my purchase, but the invoice indicated it wasn’t in stock and needed to be ordered. I figured they must have sold the two they had. After three weeks, I called the store and learned that the fan was a special order and not the model the salesperson had mentioned, as they still had two of those available. It turned out to be the wrong fan, and it was already with Purolator. They returned it, but I was still charged for delivery and a 20% restocking fee. I believe the person who replied to my email should have asked for the make and model of my fireplace, just like the store rep did. Plus, I shouldn’t have received a quote for a fan I didn’t ask about. I thought the store rep sent it, which seemed a bit strange, but I figured it was just their sales approach. Overall, it was a really frustrating experience that ended up costing me nearly $125 for nothing!
